If you cease operating your business, you must deregister from the Employer Register - Sulinal.
When closing your business and deregistering from the Employer Register, you must submit both the monthly report and the annual wage report no later than 10 days after the last wage payment.
If the business continues but does not expect to have employees for six months or a year, you may apply to submit reports sporadically.
