All businesses must file a tax return and submit financial statements once a year. Depending on your revenue, business structure, and industry, different information may be required.

Ways to File Your Tax Return:

  • Via Sullissivik with MitID
  • Via form with accompanying financial statements, sent to the Tax Agency at tax@nanoq.gl or delivered to one of the Tax Agency’s citizen service offices.
  • Via the Tax Agency’s self-service portal, MinSkat, accessible via this link.

To use the Tax Agency’s self-service portal, you will need the code from the pre-filled tax return sent by the Tax Agency.

Deadlines:

  • May 1 for:

    • All who file using a form.
    • Businesses with estimated income in a previous tax year.
  • May 15 if you file digitally and your income was not estimated.

If you fail to submit your tax return on time, an additional tax penalty of DKK 200 per day of delay will apply, up to a maximum of DKK 5,000.

For companies, the deadline is June 15.
