All businesses must be registered in the CVR. Foreign companies that do not have access to the MitID identification system can establish a branch in Greenland using this form.

A Greenlandic department or a production unit of an international company is generated via virk.dk. You will need MitID identification tool of the company owned by a legal representative for the company in order to complete the process.

Please note that registration requires a Greenlandic postal address.
