If you cease to operate your business, it must be deregistered in the CVR Register. This is done in the same place where you initially registered the business.

If you do not deregister your business in the CVR Register, you will continue to receive requests for tax returns.

Ending Business Operations in the Employer Register

If you have been registered in the Employer Register, you must also deregister your business from it. This can be done using the registration/deregistration form, which you can find at sulinal.nanoq.gl. 

In the Emplyer registeryou must submit your final monthly report as well as the annual report.These reports must be submitted no later than 10 days after your last salary payment.

Also, remember to update your advance tax registration.
