Associations can apply for exemption from taxation on profits.

Submit your application to tax@nanoq.gl.

The application will be assessed based on the following criteria:

• The association has a non-commercial purpose.
• The association does not distribute profits to private individuals or other private entities. The association may use funds as long as they are directed toward achieving the association's purpose.
• The association has a democratic structure, where anyone who supports its purpose can join, where all members have voting rights for the board, and where all members can vote at the general meeting.
