Tax Return - Deadline May 1 (May 15 if filing digitally)
You must submit a tax return. Along with your tax return, you need to submit your financial statements. If you have depreciation, such as on a boat, you also need to submit a depreciation form.
The deadline is May 1, but if you file digitally, the deadline is May 15.
If you fail to submit your tax return and financial statements by the deadline, you will be charged 200 DKK per day, up to a maximum of 5,000 DKK.
For companies, the tax return deadline is July 31.
If you fail to submit your tax return and financial statements, the Tax Agency will estimate your income and deductions. This could result in overpayment of taxes.
If you are a fisher with an income under 1.0 million DKK, there is a simplified tax return form available.
