File your Tax Return

Content

A tax return is a statement of all A- and B-income you have earned in a tax year, along with all your deductions.

Your tax return is prepared based on all relevant information about you, including data you have provided, as well as information from your employer, banks, and others.

You will receive your final tax assessment in your e-Boks. If you are exempt from digital mail, your tax return will be sent to your registered address.

If any information is missing from your tax return, you are required to provide the correct information to the Tax Agency by amending your tax return no later than May 1.

If you can fully approve the pre-filled tax return, no further action is required.

If you submit your tax return late, your final tax will be increased with an additional charge between DKK 200 and DKK 2,000, or between DKK 200 and DKK 5,000 if you are self-employed.
