Exemption from Tax on Profits – Foundations

Certain foundations can apply for exemption from taxation on profits.

The application will be assessed based on the following criteria:

• The foundation has a non-commercial purpose.

• The foundation does not distribute profits to private individuals or other private entities. The foundation may use funds as long as they are directed toward achieving its purpose.
